Churrasco do Pachecão

Universitary project developed in 1999. The task was to create a logotype for this steakhouse called Churrasco do Pachecão. I went to the public library with my friend Leniza Walbach and we and tried to rescue the tradition of the churrasco (a Brazilian kind of barbecue) of the south of Brazil. We found out that the surname Pacheco was very common in Rio Grande do Sul, the most traditional state of Brazil in terms of churrasco. We designed the logotype and carved it in a piece of linoleum. We printed the image using xylographic ink, and then we scanned and colored it. This allowed us to get a rustic style. We produced packages, aprons, napkins, as well as decorated the restaurant according to the theme inspired by the logotype.

Mais um projeto da faculdade, 1999. A proposta era criar uma marca para churrascaria. Fomos à biblioteca pública e resgatamos a tradição do churrasco gaúcho, e verificamos a constante incidência do sobrenome "Pacheco" no RS.
Fizemos o desenho e o entalhamos com os formões num pedaço de Linóleo (aquela borracha de sapateiro), imprimimos o gravura com tinta xilográfica, digitalizamos a imagem e colorimos. Com isso conseguimos o estilo rústico. Produzimos embalagens, aventais, guardanapos, decoração e ambiente para o restaurante, etc. Este projeto fiz com a amiga Leniza Walbach.
